Doorbell Attributed to Samuel Yellin, United States, early 20th century, forged iron wall-mounted figural mechanical doorbell, ringing mechanism actuated by a robed figure, ironwork accentuated with fleur-de-lis and dragon-head designs, unsigned, ht. 24 1/2, wd. 7 1/2, dp. 11 in. Estimate $300-500 Heavy black paint. Some areas of oxidation. Bell clapper missing. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
