Very fine and rare, thin and ekegant, 18K yellow gold, platinum, enamel and rose-cut diamondset keyless dress watch with a gold, platinum, diamond and pearl-set chain, gold and enamel propelling pencil with seal and the original Cartier fitted box. Three-body, “couteau”, the bezel decorated with two concentric white enamel lines, platinum body, the band set with rose-cut diamonds, the back decorated with white enamel stripes and a central applied rose-cut diamond-set letter “M” on an aqua colored translucent enamel ground with laurel leaf border, chain composed of oblong white enamel links intersected by platinum collet-set diamonds and single pearls, propelling pencil with seal at the top, sleeve decorated with white enamel stripes to match the watch. Matte silvered, engine-turned, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel “feuille” hands. 16’’’, frosted gilt, 18 jewels, straightline lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
