Very fine, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K white gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar and an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp. Accompanied by a winding box and service receipt from Cartier dated January 6, 2016. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 8 screws, octagonal sapphire-set winding- crown, correctors on the band, sapphire crystals. Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature at 10, subsidiary dials for the day, date, month and aperture for the leap year. Blued steel Breguet hands. Cal. 9100 MC, rhodium-plated, engraved with special Cartier decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, 18K gold rotor with Cartier signature.
