Arthur LaMay (American (Georgia), b. 1938). "Two Ducks", gouache on illustration board, pencil signed lower right. Very finely rendered painting depicting two ducks resting on a rightward jutting rough gray wooden post at center, both ducks with light gray body and wings, white breast, brown head, green to orange striped wing details, and blue gray beaks, with tall water grasses in red and green to left, the background unpainted. Address label for the artist to verso of frame, likely indicating provenance from the artist's private collection. Verso also with artist's biography. Framed approximately 31.75" x 39.75", sight size approximately 21.875" x 29.875".
