Guilloché silver with steel luminous dot indexes and painted black Arabic 9 and 3, subsidiary dials for the 24-hour indication for the second timezone and power reserve sector, outer minute track, aperture for the date. Luminous blued steel lozenge hands. Cal. 480, rhodium plated, rotor and bridges engraved with Cartier logo, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, hack mechanism.
