Federal Coin Silver Urn, Philadelphia, c. 1794-1800, Samuel Williamson, maker, paneled body with peaked lid with urn-form finial, with finely beaded rims, on trumpet foot with conforming paneled edge, ht. 11 3/8 in., approx. 15.2 troy oz. Finial broken off but present. Engraving removal to one side of body resulting in some thinness of metal. Light dings in this area. Age typical surface wear, including light wear to beading.
