Federal Coin Silver Sugar Urn, Phillip Dally, New York, late 18th century, and Howard & Co. , New York, ac. 1866-1922, with peaked lid with urn-shaped finial, beaded band at rim, on trumpet foot and square base, monogrammed in a pendant oval reserve, with impressed "PD" maker's mark on side of base, sold with a later sterling silver copy marked "Howard & Co./New York/Sterling/1910," (repairs), both ht. 9 in., approx. 22 troy oz. total. Several repairs around cover rim and rim of urn on original.
