including her official passport, vaccination certificate, receipt of airline ticket, numerous black and white photographs, Product License agreement for the use of image in movie a typescript for a remake of Arthur Miller's play dated February-June 2000 (Laura Dern played Lake's character, Miss Hart, in the remake of the movie), and typed unsigned thank you letters to Soopy Sales, Jim Lang (The Dating Game), and Mae West. Also included are directions to her makeup artist (i.e. "stay in the orange shades of lipstick," "light brown on top," etc.) with a hand-colored diagram for the production of "Streetcar Named Desire," September, 1969. Bill Roos, a long-time acquaintance, held rights to her image following her death. Her ashes and a number of important posessions were also given to him following her death.
