Collection of Items from a Polaroid Research Office, including a wooden stand to hold two 8-in. polarized lenses for demonstration purposes, a pair of "Polamatic" glasses, a 1979 signed international managers' meeting plaque from all the Polaroid divisions reading in part "To the King/The Homaga of his Robber Barons," a set of small volumetric flasks, set of seven high accuracy mercury lab thermometers, two Camera magazines, three photography related books, and associated images. Provenance: Dr. Richard Young, a senior executive at the Polaroid Corporation from 1962 to 1982, by family descent. Estimate $100-200 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
