A group of seven cards from Charlie and Oona Chaplin. All are signed by Oona Chaplin. The cards include photographs of the Chaplin family at their estate in Switzerland. Also present are an additional black and white photograph of Charlie Chaplin; a card from Oona to "Peter" thanking him for his condolences after Charlie Chaplin's death in 1977; and a thank-you card from the Chaplin children after the death of Oona. Oona O'Neill, daughter of Eugene O'Neill, was Chaplin's fourth wife, with whom he had eight children. When the couple married in 1943, Chaplin was 54 and Oona had just turned 18.
