A miniature red guitar form battery operated radio. There is a switch reading "Radio/ P.U." allowing you to listen to the radio or amplify the strumming of this miniature guitar. The guitar is accompanied by a handwritten letter signed by Elvis' cousins Patsy Gambill and Donna Early reading in full, "This is to authenticate the small red radio guitar. The guitar was used on the 1970 That's the Way It Is film and on other various stage performances.
