Turned and Painted Lehnware Covered Footed Jar, Joseph Long Lehn (Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, c. 1798-1892), the friction-fit lid with black knop and peach ground decorated with strawberries, the cup with peach ground decorated with red, blue, and green flowers, on a turned and painted stem and foot, ht. 4 3/4 in. Estimate $300-500 paint wear throughout especially to touch points; foot cracked through and repaired. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
