Monogrammed within the matrix. Woodcut on laid paper with unidentified watermark, image size 11 3/4 x 8 3/8 in. (29.7 x 21.1 cm), framed. Condition: Trimmed to just outside of the borderline, thinned spots at corner l.l. and near bottom of image l.c., stabilized tears to right edge, pencil annotations and old hinges to verso. Estimate $400-600 The sheet is and early 16th century paper and measures 11 7/8 x 8 7/16 in, plus there is extra on the top that may have been folded under, but it is hidden undercloth tape.
