Federal Mahogany Inlaid Tall Case Clock, attributed to Isaac Brokaw, Bridgetown, New Jersey, c. 1800-10, the hood with molded swan's neck cresting with brass rosettes of thistles above the three vertical inlaid panels simulating reeding above the glazed tombstone door flanked by freestanding reeded columns enclosing the painted iron dial with classical motifs , seconds hand, and calendar aperture, above the waist with frieze of three inlaid panels and thumb-molded arched door with inlaid conch shell within an oval with a rectangular inlaid panel with matching shell below, all flanked by quarter-engaged reeded columns on a base centering an inlaid pinwheel bordered by a circle of stringing all on bracket feet, refinished (imperfections), ht. 91 in.
