Eberhard Silver Purse Watch Eberhard & Co. , Swiss, “Chronometre”, case No. 10821. Made circa 1930. Fine and unusual, silver sprung sliding purse watch. To be sold without reserve Three-body, rectangular with rounded sides, engine-turned in a checkerboard pattern, sprung and closing automatically by sliding into the case. Matte silver with luminous Arabic numerals, outer minute track. Luminoust skeleton hands. 8 1/2’’’, rhodium plated, 16 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 49.5 x 33.5 x 9.5 mm.
