ENAMELED SCALLOP SHELL Freres Esquivillon & Dechoudens a Geneve. Made circa 1800. Fine, 18K gold and enamel scallop shellform pendant watch with concealed dial. Two-body, “fermée" type, shell shaped, spring-loaded front cover reveals the dial, both sides identically decorated with blue and green enamel, missing hinge bar, fi xed suspension ring. White enamel, Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel feuille hands. 20 mm, hinged, gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, plain three-arm brass balance, continental cock pierced and engraved, polished steel endplate, silvered regulation dial. Dim. 30 mm . Thickness 14 mm
