Heraldic Manuscript, England, James I. Folio, manuscript on paper, seventy-six leaves, each with a pen and ink drawing on the rectos of heraldic shields each surmounted with a crown and surrounded by a banner with the name and title of its bearer, painted mostly in red and blue, with lighter washes of pink on the banners and gold on the crowns, with very slight offsetting to the versos, in contemporary tan calfskin, front joint starting, with the bookplate of Thomas Philip de Grey (1781-1859).
