First edition, with engraved frontispiece, engraved title page, engraved vignette to second title page and two (of three) double-page plates, by W. Hollar and A. Hertocks (without the extra and frequently missing leaf with the epitaph "M.S. Sanctissimi Regis" and the additional frontispiece noted in some copies before the second title page). Boards broken and worn.
