Large Doulton Lambeth Salt-glaze Stoneware Vase, c. 1892, Hannah B. Barlow and an unidentified assistant, numbered 513, slightly flared lip and high shouldered body, decorated with bands of stylized leaftips in tones of cobalt blue, moss and hunter green, central design of foraging deer in a landscape with a celeste blue ground, ht. 14 1/4 in. Very slight firing blemish in "sky"; large firing crack (in the manufacture) underneath base; all else very good throughout.
