Regency Rosewood Bracket Clock by W. J. Smith, Bath, c. 1825, with canted and gadrooned top with cast brass finial, 7 3/4 in. dia. painted iron dial marked W.J. Smith, Bath flanked by chamfered corners, brass inlay and bezel, fretted side sound vents, carrying handles and ball feet, eight-day time and strike fusee movement with rear mounted bell with plain backplate, teardrop hammer and pendulum, ht. 19 1/4 in. minor relining on numeral track, lacking screw and brass tab for tie-down, original hands, pendulum and hardware.
