Russian Handpainted Porcelain Charger, c. 1929, painted to center with a figure of a cossack within cyrillic script surround, the border painted with stylized village scene, underside bearing date 1929, dia. 12 3/8 in. underside with blue overpainted hammer and sickle mark with date 1929, and with dark blue oval obliterating a Nicholas II mark. light surface scratching and usage wear; some wear to black stripe at rim.
