Victorian Silver Ewer, London, 1869, Stephen Smith, maker, slender neck with long spout, small lid, ovoid body, and domed foot, with Renaissance Revival decoration of strapwork, goats, florals, Minerva and Green Man masks, and grotesque herms, with female herm handle, the neck engraved with presentation inscription dated 1870, ht. 11 1/2 in., approx. 25 troy oz. minor age wear.
