(25.4 x 18.4 cm), framed (under glass). Condition: Minor surface grime, subtle bowing to board, minor abrasions. Ink or graphite underdrawing visible in the u.r. and u.l. quadrants to architectural elements, minor abrasions to the edges, the work may benefit from a cleaning.
