Austrian Gold-washed Silver-mounted and Copper Enamel Figural Miniature Timepiece, Vienna, late 19th century, maker's mark LP, formed as a harp, with engraved silver mounts, cobalt blue fluted upright, the instrument's frame painted with classical motifs and a courting couple, on three paw feet, the hinged lid opening to a small timepiece, the movement engraved for Joseph Kostler, ht. 5 1/2 in. key present. small chips to top and bottom edge of back of harp, and to base edge of upright. bends to wires of harp. back section of harp somewhat loose in mounting.
