Mintons Porcelain Pate-sur-Pate Vase, England, 1896, by Alboin Birks, gold and raised gold borders to a pale cream ground with central pale blue band with white slip foliage to either side of salmon colored panels, one side with an allegorical scene of a woman and putti, the reverse with floral trophy drop, artist signed and impressed mark, ht. 12 3/4 in. Missing cover; light gilt wear to ribbons and about shoulder.
