Julian (Robert Julian) Onderdonk (American, 1882-1922) Blue Bonnets and Cactus Signed "Julian Onderdonk" l. l., titled in a later hand on masking tape affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 10 x 14 in. (25.4 x 35.6 cm), framed. Condition: Craquelure, surface grime. Provenance: A New England estate. Craquelure with areas of tenting, located primarily along the right side and extending through the middle ground toward the lower left corner. Very minor paint losses lower center. Mild canvas deformation, marked surface grime.
