Frederick Landseer Maur Griggs (British, 1876-1938) St. Botolph's, Boston , 1924, second state of five, 1925, edition of 15 proofs (Comstock, 32). Signed "F.L. Griggs" in pencil l.r., identified within the plate, artist's stamp on the reverse (Lugt, 760a). Etching on laid paper, plate size 10 5/8 x 7 3/8 in. (26.8 x 18.5 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1/2 inch, toning, staining, pale foxing, pencil annotations to lower margin.
