Italian 17th Century Cassone with heavily carved front panels and skirt and measuring 67 inches wide by 21 1/2 inches deep by 26 1/2 inches high. The interior is cloth-lined (not original) and the key is missing. The hinged lid is cracked and there are a few surface blemishes elsewhere.(1400/1800)
