Paris: Libraire des Arts Decoratifs, n. d. [c. 1901-1903] 2 vols. Portfolios, contents loose as issued in publisher's blue cloth-backed decorative boards with Art Nouveau design to upper covers, one with cloth ties. First edition of this rare two-volume set of Seguy's naturalistic designs, with 57 (of 60) color pochoir plates, many utilizing metallics. Seguy worked in both Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles, and these plates exhibit both forms. Wear to boards with spines deteriorating and some dampstaining; a slight wave to some plates; otherwise colors are very bright and plates are in overall good condition with no tears or brownspotting.
