The handwritten note on "F.S." stationery reads in full: "Maureen Dear, - They will play better if they're kept out of the sun. Love Frank." Sinatra was married to O'Sullivan's daughter, Mia Farrow, at the time. The album was recorded in 1966 on Sinatra's Reprise label.
