A Frank Sinatra signed letter written on Frank Sinatra stationery and dated January 17, 1936, to the Department of Motor Vehicles. In the letter, Sinatra explains why his request for a driver license in October 1935 was delayed as he had been touring with Major Bowes Amateur Troops and had not driven a car since 1934.
