A New Era Minnesota Twins hat game worn by Gene Larkin. The fitted navy blue wool hat centers a red on white embroidered Minnesota Twins logo. Larkin's number "9" is written on the underside of the hat brim in black marker, and the interior sweatband features Authentic Diamond Collection, New Era, and hat size "7 1/8" tags. The hat's tags place the manufacturing era between 1989 and 1993. Due to the facts that Whalen Monica, who obtained the hat directly from Larkin, only ever attended the All-Star game and the World Series and that Larkin was never named to an All-Star team, it is believed that Larkin wore this hat during the 1991 World Series.
