A Nike brand Los Angeles Lakers 1998-99 home jersey game worn and signed by Glen Rice. The gold colored mesh jersey features the Lakers logo stitched into the front above Rice's number "41" in purple-on-white block tackle twill numbering. Stitched into the front bottom left of the jersey is a Nike Team Sports tag featuring the Lakers logo and NBA Authentics logo with additional "Length +4" flap tag. Stitched inside the jersey is a "1998-99" flap tag. The back of the jersey features "Rice" in purple-on-white tackle twill block lettering arched above the repeating number "41." Rice was traded to the Lakers in 1999 and would play a crucial role in leading the Lakers to their 2000 NBA Championship. The jersey is signed by Rice in black marker on the back "1" as "Glen Rice 41." The jersey was donated by Rice to the Carousel of Hope auction in Beverly Hills, California, on September 29, 1999, and was signed for the winning bidder by Rice the same evening. Size 48.
