A leather bound script for Rosemary's Baby (Paramount Pictures, 1968) with the film title and "Mia Farrow" embossed in gold on the cover. The title page has handwritten inscriptions signed to Farrow by director Roman Polanski and another by Rocky Nelson. Polanski was nominated for an Oscar for Best Writing, Screenplay, in 1969. The script has a photo album at the end with photographs, a black and white film still, and a typed, signed note to Farrow from "Richard" dated May 8, 1968.
