A tall, pointed hat covered in light green chiffon fabric, with a mantis green and black band that cascades on one side. Phyllis Diller wore this "witch" hat in a photo taken by Jason Hailey in 1978. Together with a black tunic with green and black fringes on the cuffs and hem, a long skirt with elastic waistband and cascading mantis green and black streams, a matching neck piece with green and black fringed fabric, and a pair of green gloves, similar to the ones worn in the photoshoot.
