A tall purple witch hat with sewn-on stars and a cascading pale blue band. No maker labels. Phyllis Diller wore the hat during a photoshoot circa 1970. Together with a platinum blond short, curly wig made by Elura, similar to the one worn in the photoshoot, and a handwritten note by Phyllis Diller to Val, signed "PD," stating that the accompanying hat pins "should be stored with the blue witch hat."
