The blue front and gray back mesh jersey features red side panels, a stitched-on "East" emblem with Butler's number "3" below, and a stitched-on "NBA" star patch on the left shoulder. Stitched into the front bottom left of the jersey is an "Adidas" tag featuring the "New Orleans 2008 All-Star" logo, "NBA Authentics" logo, and an additional "Length +2" flap tag. The back of the jersey features a stitched-on Washington Wizards emblem and "Butler" in blue twill lettering arched above the number "3" with stars on either side.
