A Metropolitan Opera Trojan costume. The costume comprises a felt crenulated tunic with treatment to give leather appearance with brass sheet embellishment and a helmet with a row of deep burgundy feathers. The helmet has a label inscribed "Les Troyens Bills." The Met held performances of Berlioz's Les Troyens in 1973. Costume design by Peter Wexler.
