A letter from Col. Parker to Trude Forsher, Parker’s West Coast secretary at the time. The letter, dated April 2, 1958, is typed on Parker’s business stationery and marked “Private.” It reads in part, “I just havent [sic] had time to write, as I of course rather write you direct instead of dictating as you understand my meanings and the in between the lines much quicker than a real formal letter.” Parker goes on to detail his travel plans, Elvis Presley’s basic training schedule, and instructs whom she should send holiday flowers to. It is signed "Col." The letter is stapled to a copy of a letter written by Forsher to Parker. Accompanied by original transmittal envelope. Accompanied by two black and white photographs of Presley. 11 by 8 1/2 inches Categories: Elvis Presley
