Epiphone Casino Guitar. This guitar was painted by the participants of the Ann Storck Center Fine Arts Program. The Ann Storck artists embraced the opportunity to express themselves in such a novel and creative way. Painting guitars is vastly different and can be more appealing than painting on traditional surfaces, a fact that many of our participating artsits explored to the fullest. Painting the guitar took several weeks to complete, as many of our artists are unable to work for long periods of time. Several different artists contributed to the painting's landscape, from the brightly layered background to the breathtaking foreground. The vibrant yellows and oranges are inspired by the bright sunrises here in South Florida; the electric blue flowers are reminiscent of our very own Serenity Garden at the Center's main campus.
