A black floral brocade period gown worn by Alexis Smith in San Antonio (Warner Bros. , 1945). The bust of the fitted bodice is black lace over nude crepe. The boned waist and skirt are of black, gold, and teal floral brocade. The skirt has a fishtail of black lace layered over gold lame. There is also a detachable brocade bolero with turquoise trim.
