Original one-of-a-kind hand-painted Gibson SG guitar painted by Academy Award, Grammy and Golden Globe-winning singer-songwriter Carly Simon, serial number 022580401. The design bears the images of two people and incorporates the guitar's volume and tone controls into the image, signed by Simon and inscribed "MusiCares."
