[Correspondence] Archive of magic-related correspondence. Including typed and holographic letters from many of the great and lesser-known magicians of the 20th century. Most letters addressed to Chicago magicians including Jay Marshall, Herman Homar, Nelmar, Peter Graef, J. Elder Blackledge, and others. Autographs and pictorial letterheads of many prominent and lesser-known magicians. A large quantity of letters are addressed to Graef as secretary of Chicago Assembly #3 of the S.A.M. and on S.A.M. letterhead, dealing with business maters related to the Society, many written by Graef himself. Primarly 1920s – 50s. Over 2000 items in two large cartons. Condition generally good. Should be seen.
