Chest Expansion Holdout. Maker unknown, ca. 1980. Well made cheating device used to hold out or receive a card. Activated by the expansion and contractions of the operator’s chest. Holdouts of this type were in use in the southern California card rooms as late as the 1990’s. Good working order.
