"On A Warm Summer's Night #6: Nausicaä With Her Copmany of Maidens & The Blue Lagoon"- 1985, oil on paper laid down on canvas, signed and dated lower right, inscribed to verso of canvas. Brightly colored surrealist painting depicting a story from the 6th book of The Odyssey with a roofless blue and red room at left holding three clothed and nude women with a hilly green landscape in view through massive window surrounded by painted roses, the landscape continuing in empty space to right with a body of water holding a bathing woman to lower body beside a standing nude at right band, and with a line of nudes up a blue vertical band of continued water seemingly sliced from the overall canvas. Overall approximately 36.25" x 48.5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
