John Hutton (American, 1947-2006) for Donghia (American, founded 1968) "Rafaela" table lamp-circa 1980s with champagne round finial at top above champagne-hued metallic stripes on the bias tapered shade covering two electrified bypass light sockets with pull chains supported on a paneled hexagonal shaft with black finish above a sculptural biomorphic inverted gourd base in champagne on a slanted plinth base. Retaining "DONGHIA" label on underside of base. Bearing sticker reading "Underwriters Laboratories PORTABLE LAMP ISSUE NO. AB-9190." Overall approximate height 29", diameter of shade 21.25".
