John Hutton (American, 1947- 2006) for Donghia (American, founded 1968), circa 1980s. A matched pair of mohair covered Eaton side or slipper chairs designed by the late John Hutton having a slightly reclining rectangular back and trapezoidal shaped seat covered in tufted goldenrod colored mohair and raised on dark wood tapering sabre legs. Chairs retain Donghia label to underside of seat cushion. Approximate height 33.5", width 21.25", seat depth.17.5", seat height 17".
