Pair of Rose Medallion Covered Bottle Vases, China, 19th century, each elliptical mallet form with long neck, decorated with an applied chilong amongst clouds above an interior scene with figures, a seated shishi on the cover, ht. 8 3/4 in. Estimate $400-600 minor gilt and enamel losses, minor glazing flaws with pockmarks, minor surface stain and scratches. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
