A mortgage between "Richard Reader of Ashford in the county of Kent, Physician and Susanna Hart, Widdow," dated 28 September 1683; a mortgage between "James Watkin of Bedminster and Martha Godner, Widdow of Bristol," dated 15 October 1698; and an "Assignment of the term of 500 years to attend the subsistance to Mr. William Smith," dated 12 September 1774.
