Hanging Scroll Mukjukdo, Korea, Yun Yonggu (1853-1939), 1895 or later, depicting bamboo stalks in boneless method, inscribed with a signature reading "Jangwi-san-in," and two seals reading the artist's name and "Haegwan," ink on paper, painting 50 3/8 x 11 in. Provenance: Acquired in Seoul, Korea, in the 1960s by an American businessman who returned to the U.S. in 1968; purchased by the present owner in 2003. Estimate $4,000-6,000 numerous horizontal creases, minor spotty tears (now stabilized). Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
